Shipping internationally?
Yes, we can! We have already listed some countries that we currently ship to on a regular base, but we can deliver to a lot more countries that are not on the list. If you want to know what is possible, just send us an email at info@bikepackingshop.nl with your address and the expected items to order (because weight and size can be a factor for shipping possibilities).
We will try and find the best option for sending your order.
Products that are in stock are usually dispatched the next day (sometimes the same day). You will receive an email with the tracking link so you can follow the shipment.
Recycling
Almost all our boxes and packaging material is been re-used. There are enough boxes in the world and we ask local shops to save good boxes so we can use them again to send our bikepacking goodies to you. We only use paper tape on our packages. Maybe our boxes are not the nicest looking but this way we try to limit our impact on the environment.… recycle, baby!
Shipping costs
Shipping in the Netherlands: €5,95,- (no costs from €100).
Shipping to Belgium and Germany: €6,95 (no costs from €150).
Shipping to France: €12,50
Shipping to other countries: see the calculator at the checkout.
Other countries: if your country isn’t listed in the shipping country list, it doesn’t mean we don’t ship there, but lately prices for shipping have been going sky-high and we couldn’t keep up with changing them. So just drop us an email at info@bikepackingshop.nl and we will give you a quote on the shipping costs.
Returning
I might be that you are not happy with the items you received, no problem. Returning is always an option. But remember that you are responsible for the return costs of the return shipment (which can be a bit steep). After we received the package, we will refund or replace your item.
